3-evening photography course - now finished but will run again in May/June 2012

1. The taking stage: get the most out of your digital camera. As well as the technical side this will also cover the creative decisions made before the button is pushed. (25th Oct)
2. The digital darkroom - the basics of using Photoshop Elements, the affordable popular version. (8th Nov)
3. Output: getting prints made, print mounting and presentation. Plus an intro to uploading to the internet. (22nd Nov)

The course is limited to the first 20 applicants to book. Tutors will be some of the Society's most experienced members. The course costs £60 (£40 unemployed/retired), and includes a year's membership of the Society which will give you access to 20+ additional lectures, competitions and demonstrations. Photography is not something that can be learnt overnight, and the Photographic Society's lecture series provides a system of continuous improvement for photographers of all levels.
